SEEN Wins the Healthcare Humanity Awards 2024
Established by the National Healthcare Group (NHG), the Healthcare Humanity Awards honour outstanding healthcare workers who go above and beyond to provide care and comfort to those in need. The Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) Seniors Engagement & Enabling Node (SEEN), founded in 2019, has been dedicated to serving the elderly community in the Bukit Batok area. At SEEN, a variety of engaging activities are thoughtfully designed to encourage seniors to step out, socialise, and participate actively. Both staff and volunteers are committed to creating a warm and inviting environment, fostering a sense of love, mutual respect, and inclusivity. Their dedication has transformed SEEN into a second home for many seniors, where they feel supported and connected. After years of dedication, the team's hard work has been recognised this year with an individual award and a team award in the Compassion Award category.
